Who is a Group Leader?

• Any person that knows 20 or more people.
• Boy Scout, Cub Scout, and Girl Scout Troop Leaders.
• Human Resources Personnel - Great for employee incentives or appreciation nights. Offer the ticketing service, free of ticket charges, to your employees.
• Event Coordinators, Trip Leaders - Get your friends together and go out for a night of entertainment.

What do you get as a group leader for the Arena?

• Group ticket discounts are offered for most events.
• Receive the opportunity to purchase tickets before the public on-sale date.
• Group seating is offered in prime arena locations (just be sure to call us early!).
• Avoid standing in long ticket lines. Handle your entire transaction over the phone with our friendly and helpful staff.
• No penalty for changing orders.
• Tickets can be mailed directly to you and distributed as desired.
• Promotional materials and copy are available for most shows to assist you with publicizing the event within your organization.
• Pre-order and pre-pay for concessions. We offer many specialized packages, including Kids Meals.
• Special receptions and parties can be arranged for groups at select events, either before or after the performance in one of our special function areas.
• Travel together as a group and receive V.I.P. parking for your bus.

How do I order?

Our friendly sales staff will process your orders by telephone or in person by appointment. This one-on-one relationship with our experienced personnel provides you with expert assistance in planning an enjoyable group outing. Group leaders may call our office and place an order today for tickets that may not go on sale for months to the public. Seating is based on a first-come, first-served system when accompanied by payment.

As a group leader you may not know exactly how many tickets you will need. Place your order at any time for an estimated number of tickets and confirm the final amount with payment one month prior to your event. At that time, you may release tickets and purchase only what you need. If you discover that you need more tickets than you originally estimated, simply call us and, based on availability, we will add to your order, making every attempt to place your additional tickets in the same seating area.
